POLICY POSTURE
What Data We Collect and Why
When you open an account on wakyogel, we collect the details you provide during registration — your name, contact address, and login credentials. When you add funds using DANA, OVO, GoPay, LinkAja, Bank Transfer, or QRIS, our payment flow records the transaction reference, wallet identifier, and amount so your account wallet reflects the correct balance. We do not store full payment credentials on our side; those remain with the payment provider. We also collect session data — the pages you visit, the device type, and approximate connection region — to keep your account session stable and to identify unusual access patterns. This session data is not sold or shared with advertisers. Where we engage third-party processors to handle part of the payment flow, those processors operate under their own data terms, and we link to their policy where relevant in your account settings. Data we hold is kept only for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable local law in Indonesia. Once an account is closed and the statutory retention window passes, personal identifiers are removed from active records. For any question about what data we hold on your account, the contact routes listed in the Support section below are the right starting point.
-
DANA
Transaction references from DANA top-ups are recorded against your account wallet to confirm balance updates. We do not store your full DANA credentials; only the reference needed to match the transaction.
-
OVO
OVO transfer references are logged in your transaction history. You can review each entry from the transaction tab in your account dashboard after login.
-
GoPay
GoPay payment confirmations are stored as transaction records tied to your account ID. If a record looks incorrect, raise it with our support team using the contact route in your account.
-
Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer confirmation data — reference number and declared amount — is held until the transaction is matched and your balance is updated. Retention follows the statutory period under applicable local rules.
